Loving grandmother of Kyle, Ethan, Jake, Ava and Jack.Dear companion of Bob Aberele.Dear friend of Barbara Hillebrand , Dannette and Matthew Carroll. Reposing Moloney's Hauppauge Funeral Home, 840 Wheeler Road, (Rte. 111), Hauppauge,NY where a religious service will be held Monday. Funeral Mass Tuesday, 9:45 AM at St. Thomas More R.C. Church, Hauppauge. Cremation following at Nassau-Suffolk Crematory, Lake Ronkonkoma, NY. Contributions may be made in memory of Theresa to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or a charity of your choice. Visiting Monday, 6-9 PM.
