SILVIA, RICHARD B. of Petaluma, CA (formerly of Rocky Point, NY) on March 20th 2011 in his 70th year. Devoted Son of the late Joseph and Agnes. Beloved Father of Richard Jr. and Laura (Matthew) Balkam. Loving Brother of James (Eileen), Carol (the late Thomas) Saccardi and the late Vernon Gravdal. Cherished Grandfather of Tianna, Richard III and Anthony. Dear companion of Wanda Loyan.
