Bitet, Joseph Paul of Smithtown, NY on January 7, 2012 in his 30th year. Beloved son of Vincent P. and Annette. Cherished brother of Lauren and brother-in-law of Nicholas Conner. Dear grandson of Marianna Sblendorio and the late Joseph Sblendorio and Marie Bitet and the late Michael Bitet. Loving boyfriend of Allyson Parla.

Sgt. Joseph Paul Bitet served in Iraq as a Marine for 2 tours of duty. He was currently serving in the U.S. Army Reserves with the 316th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, working in Public Affairs as a photo journalist.
