Pavone, Carol A. of Ronkonkoma, NY on April 13, 2011 in her 57th year. Devoted daughter of Raymond and Sheila Gilroy. Beloved mother of Amy Hissiger (Fred), Michele Pavone (Joe) and Michael Pavone. Loving grandmother of Matthew Thomas. Dear sister of Anne Roxburgh, Eileen Lazaro, Donna Brinksworth, Mary Bucci, Brian Gilroy and John Gilroy. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and was a great friend to many. Carol worked as a nurse practitioner for Dr. Jay Slotkin of Southold, Gurwin and Suffolk Nephrology. She will be sorely missed by all for her generosity, selflessness and loving heart.

Reposing Moloneys Lake Funeral Home and Cremation Center 132 Ronkonkoma Ave Lake Ronkonkoma, NY where religious services will be held Friday. Funeral Mass Saturday 10:15am at Holy Cross R.C. Church Nesconset, NY. Cremation private Nassau Suffolk Crematory Lake Ronkonkoma, NY. Burial of cremated remains 1:00pm Monday April 18th, 2011 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Coram, NY. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm.
