Mancura, Zachary Andrew, age 29 of Patchogue, NY on January 20,2012. Beloved son of Andrew and Debra. Memorial visiting Wednesday at Moloneys Lake Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 132 Ronkonkoma Ave, Lake Ronkonkoma, NY from 6-9PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Long Island Chapter, 40 Marcus Drive, Suite 100, Melville, NY 11747.

A prayer service will be held Wednesday January 25th 8pm at Moloney's Lake Funeral Home and Cremation Center 132 Ronkonkoma Avenue, Lake Ronkonkoma, NY 11779.
Visitation
A memorial visitation will be held Wednesday January 25th, 2012 6:00-9:00pm.
