Virginia A. Ference

Virginia Ference, 81, of Smithtown, NY passed away peacefully on November 19, 2021, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born on August 14^th, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY. She is preceded in death by her significant other Sam, her brother Peter, father Peter and mother Helen. A loving mother and cherished grandmother, she is survived by her daughters Nancy (George) and Lori (Scott) and her grandchildren Jen, Nick, Christopher, Sam and Syd. Virginia was a talented artist, whose paintings have been displayed at the Smithtown Library and senior center. She was incredibly devoted to her family. She was and will be a continued source of strength to them.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
