Dear sister to the late John Urban, Charles Urban, Emily Brooke, Mary Vocile, and Thomas Urban. Dear mother-in-law to Elena De Lima and Alison Worobey. Cherished grandmother to Emma Holland, Rita Marie De Lima, and Michael De Lima. Theresa was a skilled bookkeeper, talented baker and enjoyed crocheting gifts for her family and friends. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church, Sayville, New York and St. Andrew Catholic Church, Harrodsburg, Kentucky.
