I am so sorry to hear of Terry's passing. I had the honor of knowing Terry for over 25 years. I met him because he was a partner at the law firm representing the agency I worked at. I discovered immediately that Terry (like his partner, Charlie) was an attorney whose mission was to help others, and support those who did the same. Always kind, always caring, always there to help others at a moment's notice, and without ever needing to be asked. He was an inspiration, and it was apparent that others felt the same. Terry always had a smile, a kind word, and never a complaint. My heartfelt condolences to all those who loved him, especially his wife Ellen, Terry's siblings, step children, nieces, nephews, and friends, especially Charlie. Rest in Power, Terry.
