My condolences to the Fredette family. I know you have great memories of him, but one that sticks out in my mind is he was heading out of Bayport creek, maybe on the clamboat. A child fell off the dock, Mr. Fredette dove overboard, saved the child and casually returned to the boat, and drove on. A truly great man.
