Margaret Sue Fasano

Margaret Sue Fasano, nee Valko, born Decemeber 16, 1915 in Rankin, Pa., to immigrant parents from Czechoslovakia.  She grew up in New Jersey and married Enrico Fasano in 1952.  She was widowed in 1996.  Margaret worked at the defense plant in Brooklyn during WW II and later worked for the College of Mt. St. Vincent in Yonkers.  She celebrated her 100th birthday this past Decemeber surrounded by her family and friends.  She was beloved by her Daughters: Roseann Reichenbach (Ray), Michele Ritchie (Jim), Her grandchildren: Eric Reichenbach (Kim), Amy Hofer (Rich), Matt Davis (Carly) and Lauren Davis. Her great-grandchildren: Olivia, Rob, Max, Marin and Dylan Michael (born 6/16/16). She’ll be remembered fondly by all those wonderful babies who were lucky enough to be wrapped in her amazing hand crafted blankets and sweaters.
