From the day I was born, I had a caring, funny, full of laughter, bright, cheerful, creative grandma. From the holidays we spent together to the times we played store we had tons of fun. From the memories we had made on the beach to boating on uncle Jimmy’s boat, I will cherish them forever. Grandma always tried something new from learning how to drive a remote control monster truck to learning how to fly a drone. Every time I entered grandma house, there would always be a sweet aroma weather it was grandmas fresh pea soup to a delicious thanksgiving turkey dinner, it was always yummy and scrumptious. Let’s not forget about the times grandma taught me something, weather it was painting the front rail to teaching me how to save money, I will always listen to that advice grandma taught me throughout the years for the rest of my life. I will always remember walking through the middle isle of the church with uncle Jimmy at my confirmation seeing grandma singing her heart out with the church band. Everything that I accomplished and did she was proud of. The very last time I visited grandma, we both watched one of her favorite games shows, Jeopardy and on that same day, I told her I got the honor roll at my audio class and she was very very proud and told me “wow, that’s my grandson!” Every time I saw grandma, we made at least a few new memories each time. grandma, I know you are looking down at us everyday being proud of me and the rest of the family. When me, my dad and uncle Jimmy go to our next concert together, I know you will be watching and dancing in spirt with grandpa and the rest of family in Heaven. Grandma, I will always love you and always make you proud forever with all my heart. I miss you very much.

Today I am thinking about Mom. She said to me recently that she always felt she had a sixth child. Joshua Grandson of Grandma and Grandpa have love for you that like Mothers and Fathers everywhere have for their own. Mom at that time was in the hospital and said how happy she was that you found someone who could love you and keep you balanced. Her one regret was that you didn't live in NY with Andrea and Elijah, She sacrificed being at your wedding so everyone else could go. That is Mom. At the same visit Mom talked about her other Grandson Michael. As she remembered the groceries stores he created as a kid to the concerts he entertained us with as he grew up she laughed and said "he inherited that from me". Mom said he is so creative and as an only child herself reminisced about how she made paper dolls from cardboard and made dresses from paper and crayons as a child. Mom laughed how times had changed when kids planned and put on shows and now they are on the internet. Again laughing because he knows more about computers and electronics than we do. My Mom loved and was so proud of these young men. They can never have the experiences you gave me. As they grow older they will carry a memory of the love you showed them. That's My Mom Mom's Great Grandson Elijah was a day she was so happy and proud about our family. We are a great bunch because of my Mom.

My Mom's deep faith in God was instilled in her five children from birth until she passed. Mom and Dad travelled around the country and other parts of the world to exciting new jobs with five kids and always made it an adventure that we were privileged to be part of. The first thing Mom did when we landed at a new place was find the local Catholic Church. Mom I will miss your calls and your advice (although I didn't always follow it). It's an honor to be your daughter.
