Ryan- John (Jack) E. of Smithtown, NY on October 6, 2015 in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Jan for 53 years. Loving father of Patrick (Donna) and Kelly (F.J.) McCarthy. Adored grandpa to Meaghan and Connor McCarthy and Daniel Ryan. Also survived by his mother-in-law Cherol Brown and sister-in-law Sha White. Proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
