Joan R. Carmody

Carmody, Joan of Lake Ronkonkoma, NY (Formerly of Brooklyn, NY) on April 8, 2018 in her 88th year. On July 13, 1930, Margaret & William Stockwell gave birth to a little girl named Joan Rita Stockwell and brought her home to her big sister Muriel Stockwell Lyons. On February 11, 1950 Joan married a wonderful family man named Jon J. Sbrocco, they had 4 children, Lauren, Cynthia, Jon II and Jeffrey. Jon passed away on May 18, 1964. On July 30, 1967 Joan married another good family man named William P. Carmody who had 7 children of his own, Patty, Kathy, Kevin, Joanne, Billy, Dennis and Jerry. Joan and Bill had a baby girl named Carolyn who made their family of 12 children complete. Bill passed away on June 22, 1989. Joan leaves behind 12 children, 34 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
