Frances P. O'Loughlin

It is with great sadness that the family of Frances P. O’Loughlin, of Holbrook, NY, announces her sudden and unexpected passing on February 8, 2023 at the age of 72. Fran was born in Queens, NY on November 20, 1950 to John and Virginia Congelosi.

Fran was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her children Dawn (Paul) and Bryan, grandchildren Shayne, Ashley, Aidan, and Liam; brother John.

Fran had a huge heart and loved unconditionally. She had a great sense of style and was always fun to be around. Everyone who knew her loved her. She will be deeply missed.
