Fran lived an amazing life and shared so much with me during our time together at Dale Carnegie Training. She shared stories of her early life growing up in the Bronx, her early career working with J Edgar Hoover, her family, whom she adored and all the examples of living by the Dale Carnegie principles and so much more. She gave her heart to all she knew. Boy, did we have fun working together. She was a treasure and someone who I will remember forever. So long, Fran!! You're up with Frank, dancing once again.

Matthew William Mengerink left a message on February 14, 2024:
The beauty of Frances I have only seen in the glowing light of Sal. I see her tenderness and her love for food. Her carrying nature conveys through everything Sal has become. She clearly had a passion for those in need and those who are hurting in life for she raised a son who defends and looks out for all of them. She loves good company and a night of dining with friends for we see this in a delightful evening with Sal and Tom. She accepted people for who they are and saw the dignity in each person. I know this because Sal has exuded this in every breath. As Khalil Gibran said in The Prophet about great parenting: "The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite, and He bends you with His might that His arrows may go swift and far." Look wonderfully at her best of creation; her children and you can see she shot with a mighty arm. Frances, though we did not meet in this life, I am grateful to you as you produced one of the most special human beings to walk this earth. I adore your son and all that he is. I see this as a gift from you. I send you my love, my prayers, and my best wishes for you in your connection with the divine.

Sending my condolences to the family of Fran Giambanco. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Thank you Fran for mentoring me and guiding me for so many years. You were an inspiration to many and I am blessed to have known you for close to 20 years. I met Fran in 2005 as an intern at Dale Carnegie (St. Joseph's University). After completing my internship, I remained connected with Dale Carnegie as a graduate assistant followed by a trainer candidate. Fran, thank you for always believing in me; your leadership and guidance meant so much and I will never forget that. When I think of Dale Carnegie, I think of you! I will always remember our conversations and visits at St. Joseph's University throughout the years!

Sending love and our heartfelt condolences to the Giambanco family and to all of Fran's friends, fans and loved ones during this difficult time. And to our beautiful Phil, who is so enormously significant in our world, we mourn with you. Fran was a brilliant and accomplished woman, a true matriarch, a kind and special soul and a cherished friend. Generous in every sense, beautiful in every way—Fran was always there in the best of times and the worst. With a call or a card or a smile or a hug—you could always count on Fran to show up or lift you up. She was strong in her faith and good on earth. She will be dearly missed. We feel comforted in knowing that she is now at peace, with the lord and back with her beloved Frank. With Deepest Sympathy, -The Maiorino Family
