Hezel, Eleanor Murphy on March 16, 2015. Resident of Jefferson Ferry, South Setauket, NY. Predeceased by loving husband, Herb and by five brothers and four sisters. Educator of hearing children from 1951-1963. Educator of deaf children 1964-1991. Served in the capacity of teacher and administrator at St. Joseph’s school for the Deaf in the Bronx from 1970-1991. Survived by dear nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Reposing Moloney’s Port Jefferson Station Funeral Home 523 Route 112 Port Jefferson Station, NY where a religious services will be held 8PM Thursday. Funeral Mass Friday 12:00 PM Infant Jesus RC Church Port Jefferson. Interment private Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Coram, NY. Visitation Wednesday 7-9PM and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9PM.
