Edward F. Nentwich

Edward Francis Nentwich of Rocky Point, NY, died Thursday of congestive heart failure. He was 83. Ed was born June 3, 1938 in Astoria, NY. He attended Bayside High School before leaving to join the Army. While in the Army, he was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division. Shortly after receiving an honorable discharge, he went to work for Con Edison and eventually retired after 37 years.

   He married Mary Tarr in 1961. They were together for over 56 years when Mary passed away in 2018. They had 4 children, Scott, Mary, Kevin and Chris. They had 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
