Catherine P. Salatti

Catherine P. Salatti passed away peacefully on August 22, 2022 at her home in Holtsville, NY. Born August 7, 1941 in Huntington, NY to Patricia (Hanlon) and John Cook.
Beloved wife of 58 years to Robert Salatti who predeceased her on April 23, 2021. She was a devoted homemaker and stay-at-home mom to her 5 children; Laura Kroll (Tom), Robert (Rita), Christopher (Denise), Jacqueline (Lori) and Daniel Salatti. Loving grandmother of Julia and Emma Salatti. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two siblings; Francis Cook and Maureen Pizzariello.
Cathy was a loyal parishioner and a Sacristan for the Sunday 5pm Mass at The Good Shepherd Church in Holbrook many years. She assisted many in the community with transportation, grocery shopping and errands.
