Ostrander, William W. of Nesconset, NY (formerly of Rockaway Beach, NY) on November 23, 2015. US Army Veteran, retired firefighter of 31 years FDNY L-123, L-160. Beloved husband of Susan. Loving Father of Christine Curcio (NC), Kim Ciccarelli (PA), Noel Klee (Nesconset) and three devoted son-in-laws, Alex, Paul and Kenneth. Cherished grandfather of six: Savannah, William, Samantha, Benjamin, Ryan and Patrick. Dear brother of Robert and sister-in-law Alice, as well as his late sister Adelaide Aey. Also survived by many fond nieces and nephews. Known to his family as Opa and his friends as “Ozzie”.
Mass of Christian Burial Monday November 30th at 10AM at Parish of the Holy Cross, 95 Nichols Road, Nesconset, NY. Interment following Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY. Family will receive friends Sunday November 29 1-4 & 7-9 PM. www.moloneyfh.com
