Devoted father of Patricia Hogarty (Michael), Christopher (Kathleen) and the late Karen Graham (Scott). Loving brother of Chester, Christopher, Paul and the late Felix, Kevin and Francis. Adored grandfather of Danny, Marc, Taylor, Morgan, Madison, Kevin and David. William proudly served his community as a Marine and retired as a lieutenant after 22 years of service in the NYPD.
