William J. Beck

William “Bill” James Beck, 74, of Manorville, NY passed away on October 2, 2020. A remembrance and celebration of life will be held from 11:00-3:00 on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at Moloney-Sinnickson’s Funeral Home located at 203 Main Street, Center Moriches, NY 11934.
Bill was born on July 25, 1946 in New York to George Beck and Margaret (Igo) Beck. He graduated from Center Moriches High School in 1964 and successfully owned and ran his business, William Beck Drywall Contracting for nearly 50 years. He was a knowledgeable auto mechanic, builder, airplane pilot, and story teller. He loved listening to Big Band Music and enjoyed singing and harmonizing with his family.
He is predeceased by his first wife, Barbara (Brine) Beck and siblings, George Beck, Marge Beck, Alice Connor and Thomas Beck.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Higbee) Beck, his 2 children, William Beck Jr and Karen (Beck) Müller, his stepson, Joseph Maurio, his siblings, Mary (Beck) Rutkowski and Walter Beck, and his 3 grandchildren, Shannon and Liam Müller and Bryce Beck.
