William E. Faine affectionately know as “Boy Blue” was the eldest son born to Albert and Fannie Faine in relocating to Center Moriches, NY he attended Center Moriches School District.
Blue triumphed over the obstacles of life while always remaining high spirited and loving. He adored all of his family, especially his mom. While growing up William and his brother Vernon had an adventurous childhood as boys that evolved into an unbreakable bond as men, sharing the same debonair style. Blue was artistic, using mediums from paint to wood sculpture, creating beautiful works of art. He loved sci-fi, especially Star-Trek. While weathering the storms of life he never lost contact with or love for his family. Boy Blue is predeceased by both his parents, Albert and Fannie Faine, his wife Willie Mae Faine of Syracuse, NY, and a nephew, Vernon L. Faine Jr. of Center Moriches, NY. After peacefully transitioning from his life to the next May 3, 2017, he leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Mkeda Bostick, of Troy, NY, one brother Vernon L. Faine Sr. and Blue’s “favorite” sister-in-law, Ruth of Center Moriches, NY. He also leaves one sister, Cassandra Faine of New Jersey, two nieces Bernice “bighead” Daniels (Clay) of Center Moriches and Wendy Faine of Mastic, NY. He leaves great nieces and nephew Sydney, Maya, Anthony, and Malaya, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends as well as his companion in the end, Hope.
