Bill was a retired Lieutenant of the NCPD, Land Surveyor Engineer NYS, Eucharistic Minister for Holy Cross R.C. Church. He was also a college graduate attending S.U.N.Y. Maritime College, Fort Schuyler, S.U.N.Y. Albany, Nassau Community College as well as N.Y.U..
