Vivian J. Cristiano

Vivian Joyce Cristiano of Port Jefferson Station NY past away on December 19 2020 due to her year and half bout with Cancer. Vivian was born and raised in New Hyde Park NY to parents Anthony and Tina Adorno along with her sisters MaryElaine, Diane, Denise, and brother Joseph. Vivian married her childhood sweetheart Joe on September 5, 1971 and moved to Selden NY where she gave birth to her 2 children Joseph and Tina before moving to her forever home in Port Jefferson Station. Vivian enjoyed every occasion to gather with her large extended family and friends, especially the family tradition of Christmas Eve in New Hyde Park and hosting New Year’s Eve at her house. Vivian and Joe enjoyed traveling to their timeshare in Aruba, along with having great joy in living near the water and spending time on the beach. Perhaps her greatest love was Boating in Port Jefferson and coastal Long Island for the majority of her life. A great source of Vivian’s happiness was being a Grandmother to Marissa, Sofia, Joseph and Julia, to whom she was affectionately known as “Nana”. Vivian will be remembered as someone who welcomed everyone into her life and home and will be missed by all. This world has lost one of the most Lively Souls and we wish everyone to remember her spirit.
