Umberto "Al" Dell'Anno

Umberto “Al” Dell’Anno passed away on May 14, 2017.  Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, he eventually settled with his family in Valley Stream, NY.  He served in the US Army during the Korean War and was employed by Pfizer Pharmaceuticals for over 30 years.  He is survived by his loving wife, Renza “Florence.” Loving father of Maria (Rob), Grace (Tom), Renza (Joe) and Eileen (Frank). Cherished grandfather to Cristina, Joey, Nina, Robbie, Thomas, Vinny, Nick, Michael, Catherine, Elaina, and Frankie. Beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dear brother of the late Millie, Tony and Anna.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made in his name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the American Diabetes Association.
