Timothy J. Kemp Jr.

 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Timothy J. Kemp Jr., who left this world on January 3, 2025, after a courageous and enduring battle with leukemia.

Timothy, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, was an embodiment of strength and resilience, and his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Timothy is deeply mourned by his devoted wife, Lena Kemp, who stood steadfastly by his side through every challenge life threw their way. The love they shared over their years together was a testament to their bond, and his memory will linger in her heart always.

Timothy is also lovingly remembered by his son, Timothy J. Kemp III (Jennifer) who he spent a great deal of time golfing and fishing with. He was incredibly proud of his daughters, Tara Hilton (Steven) and Leighann Ruggiero (Jeffrey), who filled his life with so much joy and laughter. He cherished family gatherings and his guiding spirit will continue to watch over and inspire them.

In addition to his immediate family, Timothy leaves behind six amazing grandchildren Taylor McKempton, Mikayla Kemp, Timothy J. Kemp IV, Michael McNally, Jake Ruggiero, and Lucas Ruggiero who he enjoyed spending his time with and watching grow and learn.

A celebration of Timothy’s life will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Moloney Funeral home in Bohemia, where family and friends are invited to share stories and memories that honor his incredible life.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday January 8, 2025 at St. John Nepomucene Roman Catholic Church in Bohemia, New York for family and close friends to say their final goodbye.

Timothy J. Kemp Jr. may have departed from our sight, but he will forever remain in our hearts, living on through his family and the countless lives he impacted.

Rest in peace, Timothy. You will be missed but never forgotten.
