Timothy Crawford of Miller Place passed away on December 22, 2024, at the age of 61, after a long and arduous battle with cancer.
He was the oldest son of William and Una Crawford of Central Islip.
Tim joined the Central Islip Volunteer Fire Department, in addition to the C.I.F.D. Hoboes racing team, Tim later became captain of the Hoboes. Tim's livelihood was that of a cross-country truck driver. His employment with Brook Ledge Horse Transportion was the highlight of his career due to his passion for horses.
Tim was a man of deep faith. He enjoyed trivia and always followed the N.Y. Rangers, Jets, and Mets.
Tim leaves behind his wife, Anna of 31 years, their son Andrew, step-son Nicholas (Dana), granddaughters Makenna and Lucianna. Brothers Scott (Jean), Barry and sister Nancy (Ishmael).
