A religious service will be held Sunday afternoon, May 17th, 2015 Moloney’s Hauppauge Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, May 18th, 2015 9:45am St. Matthew’s R.C. Church. Committal service following Mother Teresa Tribute Center. Cremation Nassau-Suffolk Crematory.

Visitation:
Visiting will be held Saturday, May 16th, 2015 and Sunday, May 17th, 2015 2:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:30pm Moloney’s Hauppauge Funeral Home.

Obituary:
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to “North Shore LIJ Health System Foundation” In Honor of Thomas W. Cafone, benefitting NSUH Oncology Programs and Services.
