Theresa Ann Jurgensen

On May 14, 2023, the world lost a beautiful soul as Theresa Ann Jurgensen, beloved wife, sister, mother, mema, friend, and inspiration departed from among us. Theresa entered this world on October 4, 1961, and was born and raised in Brentwood, NY. She passed unexpectedly at Southshore Hospital at the age of 61 surrounded by her loved ones.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Thomas, her children Nicholas and Kristy, grandchildren Emma and Brooke, along with her siblings Steven (Eileen), Lorraine, Susan (Jerry), Larry, and Jeffrey (Lynn). The funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on May 18, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Church, followed by the committal at Calverton National Cemetery.

Theresa’s departure leaves an indescribable void in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her thoughtfulness, strength, unwavering generosity, and infectious joy have forever left an imprint on the lives she touched.
