Teresa V. Siska

Teresa V. Siska passed peacefully on November 2, 2020 in her 94^th year. Devoted wife of 56 years to the late Joseph W. Siska. Beloved mother of Joseph Siska, Teresa Tuscano (Ron) and Susan Bates. Cherished grandmother of Joseph T., Zachary, Joseph P. and Danielle. Adored great grandmother of three. Loving sister of the late Jack Bolger (Barbara), the late Marye Beattie, Joan Henke, Carolyn Etherington, and Madeline Morris.

Born and raised in Manhattan, New York; Teresa graduated top of her class with a Nursing Degree from St. Francis College. she became the President of the Lady Auxiliary Fire Department in Bohemia. Teresa took pride in having a very successful 22 year career as Head Nurse at Smithtown General Hospital.

Aside from her professional accomplishments; Teresa’s true passion was caring for her family whom she loved very much. She also had a soft spot for animals as well. Teresa enjoyed crocheting, gardening, camping and baking  (especially those delicious Christmas cookies).  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
