Stephen J. Mcmanus

Stephen John McManus was born in Brooklyn to MaryJane and Daniel McManus and grew up in Holbrook, New York. He was loved by all, especially his siblings Danny, Regina, Lorraine & Rick, and Kathleen & Keith. He was most proud of his beautiful daughter Kaitlyn, a sophomore at Northern Arizona State. He shared a lifetime of friendship with his cousins Joe and Kerry and had an unbreakable bon with his childhood friend Georgie. Uncle Steve never missed an important milestone in the lives of his nieces and nephews. He loved working as a plumber in local 1, NYC Housing Authority and the Parks Department. He was an avid fan of the Mets and Giants,and loved to fish and listen to CSN&Y while having an occasional beer at bar. He was unassumingly smart, witty and funny. We will miss and love him everyday. Visitation is at Moloney’s Holbrook Funeral Home on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 4:00 – 8:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, Holbrook, NY on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 10:00am.
