Ronald Edward Abamonte

Ronald Edward Abamonte, 78, of The Villages, Florida, passed away on February 9^th, 2022. He was born to parents Joseph A. Abamonte and Marie Caselnova, on February 17^th, 1943 in Brooklyn, New York.

Ronald worked as a Founder and Senior Vice President of Standard Data Corporation for 26 years. He retired from his position in 2005. In November 1997, Ronald was honored and recognized with an article of his professional achievements in INFO VAR Magazine for Entrepreneur and Value Added Reseller (VAR). Ronald also built and successfully managed two professional office buildings and rented several properties throughout the course of his life.

Ronald enjoyed Golfing, Classic Cars including his personally restored prized possession his 1932 Chevy, vacationing and relaxing in the sun. His greatest joy was being the most loving, amazing father and grandfather.

Ronald met his late beloved wife Joan Ann Abamonte in 1967. They were married on September 12, 1970 in Brooklyn, New York. Together they raised 3 children: Danielle, Patricia & Theresa.

Ronald is survived by Danielle Daiuto, daughter, Patricia Abamonte, daughter, Theresa Hahne, daughter, Gianna Hahne, granddaughter, Isabella Daiuto, granddaughter, Logan Hahne, grandson, Robert Abamonte, brother, Barbara Grady, sister, Patricia Cuti, Sister-in-law, Debbie DiBernard, Goddaughter/niece and Marcia Beer, devoted companion.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joan Ann Abamonte, his father, Joseph A. Abamonte and his mother, Marie Caselnova.

The family has entrusted Moloney’s Holbrook Funeral Home with the arrangements. A wake and viewing is scheduled for Tuesday 2/15/2022, 2:00pm – 4:00pm & 7:00pm – 9:00pm at 825 Main Street Holbrook, NY 11741. A funeral reception will follow Wednesday, 2/16/22 10:00 am Good Shepherd RC Church, 1370 Grundy Avenue Holbrook, NY 11741. Burial to follow Pinelawn Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York.
