Robert Salatti

Robert Salatti passed away peacefully on April 23, 2021 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Port Jefferson, N. Y. Born September 28, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY to Helen (Crucera) and Frank Salatti.

Devoted husband of 58 years to Catherine P. (Cook). Beloved father to his 5 children; Laura Kroll (Tom), Robert (Rita), Christopher (Denise), Jacqueline (Lori) and Daniel Salatti. Loving grandfather of Julia and Emma Salatti. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his four siblings; Anthony (Rose) Elizabeth Forlani (Al), Joseph (Rose) and Frank.

Bob retired as a Lieutenant from the FDNY after 23 years of service and continued to work as the Facilities Manager for The Good Shepherd Church in Holbrook for 20 plus years.
