Honorably served in the U.S. Navy aboard the Minesweeper Tanager 385 in the Korean War. Beloved husband of the late Maureen Gerety (neé McElligott). Devoted father of Robert Jr. (Lucy), Mark (Theresa), and Dianne Liebler (Bill). Cherished Bob-Bob of Alissa, Kaleigh, Liam, and Caitlin.
