Regina "Dee" Martin

Regina “Dee”Martin lived her life to the age of 90 until she passed away peacefully on August 27, 2024. She was born in upstate NY near Bear Mountain and lived most of her life in Hauppauge, NY where she was married to James P. Martin until his passing a few years ago. She is survived by 5 children, James (Bonnie), Terrence, Gina, Kevin and Mark (Peggy) who all together gave her 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She started her nursing career at Mary Immaculate Hospital and then most of her career as a School Nurse at Hauppauge Middle School. She also worked alongside her husband at the Sea Catch Restaurant in Hauppauge for many years.

She loved to paint and use pastels and shared her paintings with her family and friends. She would create her own Christmas cards each year. She continued to paint up until this year

She will be missed and remembered dearly by her family.
