Ram Ballabh Heda, a devout Hindu and esteemed Indian gentleman, was born on July 1st, 1933, and left this world on August 2nd, 2023. Throughout his remarkable life, he achieved many milestones and touched the lives of those around him with his kindness and wisdom.
Ram Ballabh’s pursuit of knowledge led him to earn a gold medal in Philosophy from Allahabad University, showcasing his dedication to learning and intellectual pursuits.
For most of his working life, he dedicated his efforts to the Morton Toffee and Birla sugar cane factories in Bihar, contributing significantly to the industrial landscape of the region. His dedication and hard work earned him respect and admiration from his colleagues.
Upon retirement, he embraced a new chapter of his life in Mumbai before relocating to Long Island to be closer to his daughter Meenu. His love for his family was evident as he stood by his wife Bhagwati Heda for an incredible 74 years, exemplifying the essence of devotion and commitment.
Ram Ballabh was a loving father to his sons Shiv (deceased), Shyam, and Govind as well as daughters Manju and Meenu. He is survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He cherished his role as a parent and provided a nurturing environment for his children to thrive.
In his final moments, Ram Ballabh Heda passed away peacefully in his sleep, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love and integrity. He will be deeply missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
