Sullivan, Philip J of West Palm Beach, Florida on July 20, 2011 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Rose, beloved father of the late Kathleen Cromidas. Survived by his grandchildren, Christine Kiviat, Karen Cole and 4 great grandchildren.

Church Lake Ronkonkoma, NY. Entombment following Pinelawn Memorial Park Farmingdale, NY. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.

A wake service will be held on Friday, July 22, 2011 8pm. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, July 23rd 10am at St. Joseph's R.C. Church
