Paul J. Talbot

Paul Talbot, aged 63, passed away on February 16, 2024. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Paul was born on January 25 1961, in Huntington Station, NY where he spent his childhood. Paul overcame many obstacles in his life including childhood diabetes and learning disability.

Paul made a memorable impression wherever he went and everyone who knew him had a story to tell about him. He loved riding his bicycle, getting his morning coffee and scratch offs, listening to his radio, and watching his favorite oldie TV shows. He also enjoyed volunteering his time as an usher in the Catholic church and dressing up as a pink Easter Bunny at Easter and Uncle Sam for Fireman’s fairs.

Paul was predeceased by his father George Talbot and is survived by his loving mother, Lucy Talbot, his brothers Bruce Talbot (Karen) and Lionel Talbot (Jane) and his sisters Sue Austin (Ken), Joan Green (Tom), Nancy Avdoulos (James) and Ann Magnani (Walter). His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

A private funeral service will be held at The Parish of the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Nesconset on Tuesday February 20 at 11:00 am for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Society.
