On September 27th our mom “Patty” just passed

After over 2 months, she was back home at last.

In her 78 years, she touched the lives of so many

With an ability to make friends that was truly uncanny

From her birthplace in PA and life with Meg, Stewart and Mim,

To here on Long Island surrounded by family, friends and dear Jim,

She was beloved by her grandsons Ben, Ryan and Nate,

And no less so by her granddaughters Emma, Kyra and Kate

Her love of travel brought her to so many places,

Always striking up conversations with any new faces

Travel, gardening, and cooking were her greatest pleasures,

Always adding new things to her home full of treasures

With great sadness, we say goodbye, beautiful mother,

You filled our lives with love and joy like no other.

We will miss you more than you could ever know Mom.

You have left your indelible footprint on so many lives, but most notably those of your three children.
