Guerin, Patricia A. of Port Jefferson, N.Y. on May 13, 2015 in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Dennis M. Guerin. Loving mother of Dennis ( Barbara) and Kelly. Cherished grandmother of Dennis, Mallory and Connor. Patricia was a teacher at Bicycle Path Elementary School for over 30 years. She was a member of Suffolk County Teachers Association. Reposing at Moloney’s Port Jefferson Station Funeral Home 523 Route 112 Port Jefferson Station, N.Y. Funeral Mass Monday 10AM at Infant Jesus RC Church Port Jefferson. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Coram, N.Y. Visiting Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
