Michael Buxenbaum

Mike Buxenbaum, 75, of Ronkonkoma LI, passed away in the early hours of March 2, 2021, at his daughters home in Nesconset. Mike was born to Eileen and Mervin Buxenbaum on October 14, 1945, in Huntington. Mike was a lifelong resident of Long Island, NY. Mike enjoyed golfing, dabbling with the stock market, cooking and vacations, visits and outings with family and friends. After graduating from high school Mike worked locally, waiting for Diane, his high school sweetheart, to graduate. Mike and Diane married, eventually settling in Ronkonkoma LI, and spent most of their 55 years together there, raising their children Michael and Lori and loving their grandchildren Nicholas, Skylar and Mikey. Mike is survived by his sister, Karen, brother, Joe, cousin, Jimmy, sister-in-law, Cathy and many friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved him and will miss him
