Mary R. Marketta

Marketta, Mary R, (nee Dentato) passed away peacefully at home on February 5, 2017 in her 101st year. Loving wife of the late Louis J. (1985). Predeceased by her parents Antonio and Bartolena Dentato and her siblings Nicholas, Thomas, Christi and Anna Profita. Survived by her sisters Rose Giannelli and Dolores D’Anna. Mary is also survived by her devoted children Robert and his wife Angie, Mary Lou Ciulla (the late Frank, 1988), Kenneth, Linda Corrigan and her husband Patrick, 13 cherished grandchildren and their spouses, 29 great grandchildren and she was also a loving aunt to several nieces and nephews. Mary was known as “Sweet Mary” to all. She had a gift for kindness and love. She will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts.

Reposing Moloney’s Lake Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 132 Ronkonkoma Ave., Lake Ronkonkoma, NY where a religious service will be held Tuesday evening.
