On Sept 11,1938 Frances was born in Cowarts Ala. to Morris and Rose Calloway. She attended Ruckers University for professional computers. Essex County College for computer science and Bethune Cookman college for business administration . She worked as a Charge Operator in charge of dialysis. She work at two bio labs as a data entry supervisor.

Frances was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and grandmother. She was an avid shopper on home shopping network. As well as Jake 58. She enjoyed her family time and with her family came first.
