Marie C. Cali, 77, of Shirley, New York, died Tuesday, January 21, 2025 . Marie was born September 6, 1947 in Bronx, NY to parents Michael and Helen Vena. She was a loving sister to her brother Michael Jr. before he passed away at a very young age.

 Marie was a very giving and caring person with a very big heart. She loved to buy things for others and took joy in seeing their faces when they opened their gifts. When she was younger, she loved to complete crafts and create beautiful things out of ceramics for her house. She also found peace and pleasure in gardening and watching her roses grow. She always took great pride in her home and everything that surrounded it. Mostly, she will be remembered for her witty sense. She had a unique way of communicating with others that once you met her, you never forgot her and those who knew her loved her.

 She is survived by her three children, Denise, (Vinny) Innes, Michelle, (Scott) Jareck and her son Michael. She has 7 grandchildren: Christopher (Taylor), Kiara, Alexandra, Gavin, Ryan, Kelsey & Eddie. She also has 2 great-grandchildren: Angelo and Mia.

 Marie is now reunited with her family and loved ones that left us all too soon. Ones that she has reminisced about often and has truly missed throughout the years.
