Margaret (Peggy) M. Kinnaman passed away December 6, 2020 after a long battle with cancer. She was 62 years old. At her request, no services will be held. A celebration of her life will be held at a future date due to COVID restrictions. Peggy was a tough person with a heart of gold. She could never sit back and relax, always willing to help anyone in need, and would give you the shirt off her back if it would make you smile. She lived for the moments. She was a butterfly fluttering industriously to as many people as she could, even if it was just for a moment, leaving an everlasting impression on everyone she came in contact with. She left us beautiful memories; her love is still our guidance and although we cannot see her, we know she will always be by our side. Peggy is survived by her husband, Nicholas Aliffi; her first husband, Joseph Kinnaman; her two daughters Bernadette Crusi and Mary Angelone; their spouses Robert Crusi and Amy Angelone; her grandsons Brayden and Nolan Crusi; her step-son Anthony Aliffi and his spouse Kim Aliffi; her sisters Gina Ruddell, Ginger Casey, Mary Mullin, Ann Schneider; her brothers James Shanley and John Shanley; as well as many nieces and nephews. Her sister, Sheila Murray, preceded Peggy in death. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any cancer organization of your choice in her name. Condolences may be sent to her husband, Nicholas Aliffi at 11 Strauss Avenue, Selden, NY 11784; or to her daughters – Bernadette Crusi and Mary Angelone at 19 Oakwood Avenue, Lake Ronkonkoma, NY 11779.
