Madan Lal Malhotra Jan 17, 1928 – July 27, 2021 With great grief, we notify our friends, family and loved ones about the sad passing of Shri Malik Madan Lal Malhotra on Tuesday July 27th at 8:20 pm in Queens, New York. A freedom fighter for India’s independence and an advocate for equity and social justice; he supported equal rights for women and education for all children. He dedicated his life to serving the community and those in need both in India and in USA. He was a respected business entrepreneur, owner of coal mines in India and a philanthropist who worked tirelessly to support his causes. A follower of Vedic principles and a devotee of Bhagwan Shree Ramana Maharishi, he lived a pious life in service to country, community and family. A devoted husband for 60 years, a loving father, an awesome grandfather, amazing uncle and a loyal friend to all; He is survived by his wife Pushp Prabha, three children, their spouses, six grandchildren and an extended family of relatives, friends and volunteers.
