Lucy Flanagan Webb

Lucy was the wife of William Flanagan for 35 years until his death , a mother of three children Margaret, Jeanine and Angelo, Grandmother of nine, Tiffany, Jenniffer, Gus, Zac, Josh, Mikaela, Lorelai, Gabe and Lucas, Great-grandmother of Anthony, Felicity, Lexa, and Liam.

Lucy was the wife of Win Webb for 10 years until her death and Mim to Toni, Lucy to Melissa, Kyla, and Mark.

As Lucy’s children we were so happy she found love again and had the best 10 years of her life. She got to see the world and meet so many people and do what she did best, be a friend to everyone. She was instantly admired and loved by anyone who was in her presence. She made everyone feel loved and accepted.

Her heart was as wide as the stars in the heavens always offering of herself to whomever was in need. Her home was open to all as a refuge of love and comfort.

Lu Flanagan was a force. She loved deeply! You never questioned where she stood she offered her opinion freely. She had often said to me “my son was not like that when he was with me.” The fact is your son will not be the same without you. You taught your kids a fierce loyalty that is unmeasurable. We will make sure to raise your grandkids to understand that loyalty and speak often of your larger than life personality.
