Lou-Ellen A. Finter

Finter, Lou-ellen of Surprise, Arizona, formally of Lake Ronkonkoma, New York in her 75th year. Cherished sister to Frederick Finter (Eileen). Loving aunt of John Finter (Karen), Meghan Vahey (Patrick) and Ryan Finter (Lindsay). Beloved great aunt of Frederick, George, Matthew, Mary and Emma. Lou-ellen taught musical education at the Longwood Central School District for many years until retiring to Surprise, Arizona where she continued teaching Native American Cultural Studies at the Arizona State University.

Reposing Moloney’s Lake Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 132 Ronkonkoma Avenue, Lake Ronkonkoma, New York where a religious service will be held on Thursday. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, 10:00 am at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Wading River, New York. Interment following at Pinelawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York.
