Lori Joan Gaffney

After an ongoing and unbelievable 22 year battle with breast cancer, Lori Gaffney went home to be with the Lord on April 26, 2022 at 8:30 PM with her family by her side. Lori was a beautiful person inside and out. She knew how to make anyone she spoke with feel right at home. She loved life and despite her daily hardships lived it well.

Family was of the utmost importance to her. She was an incredible wife, mother, daughter, sister and “mommom”. She loved to celebrate life’s special occasions and knew how to throw the best Christmas parties. She spent the last 10 years of her life devoted to her grandchildren David and Abigail. They were her world and now her legacy lives on in them and her children, Danielle and James.

Lori would not want to be idolized. She lived her life in devotion to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She would want her death to point others to the cross and the eternal life she now has in heaven. If she were here with us today she would tell us all that this is not the end for all who put their hope in Jesus! It is only the beginning.
