Linda Russo

It is with great sadness to announce the sudden passing of Linda Russo on February 6, 2024.

Linda was preceded in death by her loving husband, Daniel Russo.  Her loving family; parents, John and Jane Baldwin and sister, Kathleen Donato.

Linda was born in Bay Shore, NY. March 22, 1955 and resided in Manorville, NY.  She graduated from Bay Shore High School in Bay Shore, NY and St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, NY.

She pursued a 24 year career in finance with Suffolk County Government; Department of Health Services, Office of the Medical Examiner’s Department and Department of Probation for the last 8 years as Principal Financial Analyst.

Linda is survived by her loving family; brother, Charles (Bettie) Baldwin of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; niece, Nicki (Keenan) Rose of Brooklyn, NY; nephew, Christopher (Shannon) Baldwin of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; niece, Elizabeth (Gary) Howell of Saint Johns, FL; great nieces, Hayley Howell, Margot Rose; brother in law, Paul Donato of Miami Beach, FL.

She enjoyed golfing and traveling and cherished her many friendships.  Linda’s beloved late husband, Danny introduced her to golf and she continued her love of the game after his passing.  She remained young at heart through her fondness of Winnie the Pooh and all things Disney.  Her warm heartedness, contagious smile and gentleness made her a favorite among all who knew her.  Her graciousness brightened the world with her humor, positivity and kindness.  She will forever remain in our hearts.
